Food Vendor Application Form

Beef Australia are on the hunt for exciting new food vendors to join the event in 2024, when we see the introduction of M’Eat Street. A food, drink and entertainment precinct servicing corporate delegates during the day and transforming into a great place to sit back and relax after work for the locals. Please note, all accepted food vendors (excluding coffee and desert vendors) are required to provide a menu that is 80% Beef items.

Stall Preference

What cuisine will you be offering?
Enter the dimensions of your food van, truck or trailer including setup (frontage, depth & height in metres)
Where do you serve from?
List all items to be setup on your site (I.e. draw bar, awnings, storage, marquees, cold rooms etc)
Please upload a site layout with dimensions including all accessories such as draw bar, awnings, storage, marquees, cold rooms etc
Do you have eftpos facilities?
Upload one high quality photo showing an example of your van, truck, marquee or trailer (max file size 5MB)

Do you offer specialty menu items? *

Please provide a current price list and menu of all products that you will be selling
Please upload 2 to 3 high quality photos of your most popular menu items
Do you have a mobile food license?

You will be required to provide a mobile food license if accepted to attend the event. If you don't have a current mobile food license please contact Rockhampton Regional Council for eligibility and more information.

Summary of Application

Terms and Conditions

If accepted as a food vendor for Beef Australia 2024 you agree that the following will be in place for the event: 

  • I will provide a Public Liability Certificate of Currency current at the time of exhibiting at Beef Australia 2024 (including the bump-in/bump-out period) with Beef Australia Ltd noted as an interested party.
  • My food truck vehicle has a current road worthy certificate
  • My food truck / stall has a current gas certificate
  • My food truck / stall is equipped with a fire extinguisher or fire blanket
  • All staff working within my food truck are trained on safe working procedures
  • No staff will be permitted to work should they present with COVID-19 Symptoms prior too or during the event
  • My menu will be 80% beef products

Information provided by applicants will be used for the purpose of processing their application for participation in Beef Australia 2024. Information will be handled in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2009 and will be accessed by persons who have been authorised to do so. Your information will not be given to any other person or agency unless permission has been given or the disclosure is required by law.
